Mammu, your poll here shows something very clear. You conduct this poll in Human Resource site; So,
1. The people who changed their career would be those who changed to H R.
2. Those who want to change their Career would be those who want to change it in to H R.
3. "Sometimes" people would be those who doesnt have any clear idea.
4. "No" people would be already in HR and they never want to change.
By the way, I saw your new pictures in website. Looks nice. What fonts you have used in writing your message in your picture? It looks nice even it took few minutes to read it though.
Keep your efforts useful to others.....
Your loving friend, Sathya.

Thanks to all who participated in this poll.

The 'findings' of Sathyanadh should be correct to some extend because we are conducting this poll among cite HR members only. Mostly, HR related people are the members in this site.

But the result No: 3, I personally don’t agree. There might be many reasons.

I like your signature, Sathya.

Yes, I have changed my pictures, and 'season quotes' in my site. The font I used to write my message is something like 'Santo 1700'. I normally use this font for graphic designing. (It will not be useful in MS Office applications).

All other readers please have a look to: M Sadique and comment.

The attached guide is not a "useful one" or "interesting subject" to an ordinary Indian U P School teacher. This guide is for those who seeks constant improvement and changes in their career life.
Anyway, we can forward your comment to South Australian office of the Public Service Administration executives who prepared this Guide.
(You may wonder how I know you are an ordinary Indian School Teacher! That's why I reach where I am now)

Mammu,
I almost finish half of the guide within last 4-5 days. I feel sorry that why I didnt get this as soon I begin to search a job. We are very late and far behind in our career development.
