Friends,I have inquired in all recognised universities in gujarat that they have kept ban on registration of phd for six months.They are telling that rules are changing through UGC.they are introducing entrance test.Kindly tell me it is ban in your state.Or still it is going on.Where?In which recognised university?Regards,minal
