This is the slide show which I promised in the thread "The Ants Story". This thread shows the management mentality of MiddleEast contries. Comments Please!

Dear friend Mammu007,
Good posting about the Middle East Management Strategy that you have posted but I have discovered a very interesting fact that recently I have downloaded similar PPT from this CiteHR.com posted by someone with a little difference. Hereby I am attaching this PPT titled “Nessun titolo diapositiva” .
The author of this PPT is OASIS.
I think you also can download and see it. :-D

Dear, I am very sad to see that compare with Indians. Indians always try on cost cutting. The PPT shows the lack of knack of Middle East people actually. I respect Indian brains.
Someone put that blame on our Indians blindly.
Thanks for all of your comments visitors.

Dear Mammu007,

Thank you for your comments. As an Indian, I feel proud and happy for your support. At the same time, I must say that introspection with objectivity and the ability to laugh at oneself are good assets.

Regards.

Hey Mammu,

This is the thing actually happening in many Middle East companies, mainly after joining a new manager from Egypt, Palestine, or Jordan! With 9 years of experience in KSA, UAE, and Kuwait, I must say... "Your slides show their real attitude, Mammu."

Thanks for sharing it with us!

Dear Mamuu007,

If you are sad, ask yourself, by calling Middle East people (lack of knack people), will it make them happy? Let's not insult others. I think you will agree with me if I say that CiteHR has been designed for creative and constructive postings and discussions.

Kind Regards
