Dear Bhoomika,
There are different checks for different industry (Process) to handle different type of physical efforts.
However general checks up like Height, Weight, BP, Blood Sugar, ENT, Tuberculosis, etc. are common. As per my opinion, we should provide brief process details and department wise / age wise employee data to Doctor to recommend for Industrial Medical Check-up table. Further should also ask for frequency, health care tips for this area and design safety (PPE) system for protection of the employees.
