Hi!
I am in urgent need of a tax friendly (both for employee as well as employer)salary breakup which can be used for all employees. I also need to know as to what are the things which needs to be kept in mind while calculating the breakup.

Hi,
Please find the attachment. It may be useful to you. Just enter the CTC amount in the the CTC colum. If you want to know the calculation Just select each column and press F2.Do not Enter a CTC over and above 500000/-. It will affect the calculation of TDS.If You know Tax you will be able to understand what i mean.

We have new company, presently we have only consolidated salary structure only. Now we wish to bring PF facility to all the employees. Before this I would like to know how to give break-up the CTC into Basic,HRA etc... which should be benefited to employees. Kindly advise me.
